Choose ODM when you have a direction but not a finished spec — our pattern room co-develops the cut, recommends fabrics and constructions, and turns a sketch or reference sample into a production-ready garment. Either way, sampling, cutting, sewing, printing, embroidery, finishing and packing run under one roof in Lahore, so quality, lead time and re-order consistency stay with one supplier. Entry minimum is 30 pieces per style and colour. First proto is typically 7–14 days; standard bulk lead time is 4–8 weeks depending on development scope and fabric sourcing.
