Low MOQ of 30 pieces per style and colour
Our minimum order quantity is 30 pieces per style per colour, across knitwear, woven apparel, sportswear and uniforms. That lets an emerging label test a range without financing a warehouse, and lets an established buyer trial a new fit alongside a bulk programme. Volume pricing improves as you scale, but the door opens at 30 pieces.

As a sustainable clothing manufacturer we source GOTS organic cotton, GRS recycled polyester and OEKO-TEX tested fabrics through audited mills. Screen printing, DTG, DTF, sublimation, puff, silicone, high-density and reflective prints run alongside flat, 3D puff, chenille and appliqué embroidery on our own floor. Fabric is checked on the four-point system at intake, operators work to in-line checkpoints, and every lot closes with AQL 2.5 final inspection to ANSI/ASQ Z1.4. Bundle tickets trace a finished garment back to operator, machine and fabric roll, so a defect is corrected at source rather than discovered by your customer.

- Neck Labels
The first thing a customer sees inside the garment, and the fastest way to remove any trace of a blank supplier. We produce woven sew-in labels, heat-transfer prints for tagless comfort, and direct screen-printed necks on cotton. Heat transfer is the usual choice for tees and activewear because it removes the itch point entirely while still carrying your logo, size and care line.

- Hang Tags
Your price point is argued on the hang tag before anyone reads the fabric composition. We print on FSC-certified board and uncoated kraft, with die-cut shapes, foil blocking, embossing, spot UV and your choice of string, safety pin or plastic barb. Barcode, RRP, SKU and country of origin are all set from your data file and proofed digitally before print.

- Woven Labels
Damask and satin woven labels reproduce fine logo detail at small sizes where a print would blur, and they survive the life of the garment. Choose end-fold, centre-fold, mitre-fold, loop or straight-cut with heat-sealed edges, in up to eight thread colours. Ideal for side seams, back necks, cuffs and pocket flags where a permanent brand mark is expected.

- Care Labels
Care labelling is a legal requirement in most import markets, and getting it wrong stops goods at customs. We produce compliant satin, nylon and cotton-tape care labels carrying fibre composition, wash and drying symbols, country of origin, importer details and multi-language text. We confirm the wording against your destination market before printing rather than after.

- Packaging
Retail-ready packaging built around the folded dimensions of your actual garment, so nothing arrives crushed or rattling in an oversized box. We handle inner packing, size-ratio assortment, barcode placement, shipping marks and master carton specification to your DC manual, and supply the carton file with the shipment.

- Boxes
Rigid two-piece boxes, fold-flat mailers and sleeve constructions for gifting, subscription and premium retail. Printed CMYK or in spot colour with matte or soft-touch lamination, embossing, foil and custom internal inserts. A structural sample is produced and shipped for approval before the bulk run so you can check fit with the garment in hand.

- Polybags
Individual polybags printed with your logo, the required suffocation warning and any recycling mark your market demands, with self-seal or fold-over closure and venting holes where needed. Recycled LDPE, bio-based and home-compostable films are all available for brands reducing single-use plastic across the supply chain.

Brand stickers do quiet work: sealing tissue, closing a mailer, marking a size on a polybag or landing as a free extra in the box. Supplied die-cut to any shape in matte, gloss, kraft, clear or foil stock, on sheets or rolls, with variable data printing where each sticker needs a different size or SKU.

Aql 2.5 is our default inspection standard under ANSI/ASQ Z1.4, General Inspection Level II. Tighten to AQL 1.5 for premium retail — or set separate limits by defect class. Every inspection report ships with the order, not after an auditor asks for it.

Fabric & Trim Inspection
Every roll is inspected on a light table under the 4-point system before it is allowed to enter cutting. We verify GSM against the approved swatch, check width and shade continuity across the lot, confirm shrinkage and colourfastness from a test wash, and log defect points per hundred square yards. Trims, threads, zips and elastics are checked against the approved trim card at the same time. Catching a barré fault or a shade band at this stage costs metres of cloth; catching it after sewing costs the order.

Inline Inspection
Quality is built at the operation, not recovered at the end of it. A dedicated inline QC approves the first piece off every operation against the sealed sample, then re-checks at statistical intervals through the run, recording seam construction, stitch density, tension, trim placement and symmetry. When a measurement or a stitch begins to drift the line is stopped and the operator re-set immediately, so a defect affects a handful of pieces instead of a whole cutting lot. Traffic-light hourly boards keep the floor supervisor and the buyer looking at the same data.

Final Inspection
Finished garments are inspected against the approved reference for construction, workmanship, appearance and presentation under standardised D65 lighting. Inspectors check seam strength and stitch security, label position and legibility, print and embroidery registration, button and zip function, thread trimming, pressing, shading between panels, and overall hand-feel. Defects are classified as critical, major or minor and photographed against a reference card, so a report tells you exactly what was found rather than simply whether the lot passed.

AQL Sampling & Standards
Lot acceptance follows ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 single-sampling at General Inspection Level II. The acceptable quality limit is agreed in writing before bulk starts, sample size is drawn from the lot size, and the accept and reject numbers are printed on the inspection report alongside the actual defect count. A failed lot is 100% re-inspected, reworked and re-offered under the same plan rather than quietly shipped. Buyers running to a retail standard can nominate AQL 1.5 for majors and 2.5 for minors, or set separate limits by defect class.

Measurement Checking
Measurement control begins at pattern approval and continues to pack-out. Sample garments are measured at every point of measure on the graded spec sheet, tolerances are agreed with the buyer, and cut panels are audited against the marker before bundling. During finishing, a fixed percentage of every size and colourway is re-measured after wash and press, when relaxation and heat-set shrinkage actually show. Deviations are plotted by size so a grading error is separated from an operator error, and corrected at source.

Needle & Metal Detection
Every finished garment passes through a calibrated conveyor needle detector before it can be packed — no exceptions, including samples. Sensitivity is verified at the start of each shift, at every break and at the end of the shift using certified ferrous test cards, and the results are recorded in a signed log. Broken needles are recovered, matched and accounted for under a controlled needle-issue policy. Childrenswear, sleepwear and food-service orders additionally run through metal detection with a per-carton pass record.

Packing Inspection
At pack-out we verify the finished-goods presentation against your packing manual: folding method and dimensions, tissue and cardboard inserts, hanger and hook direction, polybag size and suffocation warning, hang tag and price ticket placement, barcode scan verification, size ratio per carton, carton dimensions and gross weight, and shipping mark accuracy. Cartons are weighed and cross-checked against the packing list before sealing, so what appears on the commercial invoice matches what is actually inside the box.

Container Inspection
Before stuffing, the container is inspected for structural integrity, cleanliness, odour, moisture ingress, light leaks and previous cargo residue, and rejected outright if it fails. Loading is photographed at intervals, desiccant is used on long ocean routes, and the seal number is recorded and shared with the buyer along with the load plan. The full pre-shipment file — inspection report, defect photographs, measurement data, needle-detection log and container photos — is issued before departure, not after arrival.

Our MOQ is 30 pieces per style per colour across every category — t-shirts, polos, hoodies, joggers, sportswear, streetwear, uniforms and woven apparel. Sizes inside a style share that minimum, so 30 pieces can be split XS–XXL. It is one of the lowest minimums offered by a full-service OEM clothing manufacturer, and it exists so you can validate a design commercially before committing capital to bulk.
Most garment factories quote high minimums because their lines are built purely for volume. We run a dedicated small-run cell alongside our bulk lines, so a 30-piece order is scheduled without disrupting container programmes. The per-unit price is naturally higher at 30 pieces than at 3,000, and the quotation shows you both so you can plan the step up.

Yes. A large share of our clients place their first apparel production order with us. We guide you through fabric selection, GSM choice, fit and grading, trims, labelling, packaging and shipping terms, and we flag decisions that commonly cost new brands money — such as over-ordering sizes or choosing a fabric that will not hold the print they want.
Both. Under OEM we build exactly to your tech pack, patterns and specification. Under ODM we develop the product for you — silhouette, fabric, construction and trims — from a brief, a mood board or a reference garment, and you brand the finished design. Many buyers combine the two: OEM for signature styles, ODM for supporting pieces.
White label means selecting an existing Eco Vira block, applying your branding and shipping quickly. Private label means we develop a garment exclusive to you — your pattern, your fabric, your fit — and produce it only for your brand. Both include your woven labels, care labels, hangtags and custom packaging.
Yes. Every account is handled by a named English-speaking merchandiser who manages sampling, costing, production updates and shipping documents. Communication runs by email, WhatsApp or scheduled video call, and we work across European, North American and Gulf time zones.
Proto and fit samples are produced in 5–10 working days for standard knitwear and woven apparel, and 7–12 working days for embellished, technical sportswear or fully developed ODM styles. Courier transit adds 3–5 days. Once you approve fit and finish we seal a reference garment that the bulk floor is required to match.
Either. A complete tech pack with measurement charts and construction notes is fastest. If you only have a sketch, a photograph or a garment you like, our pattern room reverse-engineers it, digitises the pattern and issues a spec sheet for your approval before bulk cutting begins.
Sample charges are quoted per style and reflect pattern making, fabric, trims and machine time. They are typically credited against the first bulk order for that style once it is confirmed. Fabric development or lab dips outside our stock library may carry a separate mill charge, which we always state upfront.
Yes, and we recommend it for any new fit. A size set is one garment per size produced from the graded pattern and measured against your chart. It catches grading errors before they are multiplied across a production run, which is far cheaper than reworking finished apparel.
Yes. The sealed pre-production sample, the graded pattern, the make-sheet, the trim card and the approved lab dips are archived under your style code. A re-order six or twelve months later is produced against the same file, which is why our repeat orders match the original in fit, shade and construction.

Ex Works

Delivered Duty Paid
The seller handles export, freight, import customs clearance and delivery to the named destination. The buyer pays the invoice and receives the goods at the door.
Use when: Best for brands who want a single invoice and one point of contact for the entire inland journey.
- Air Freight
Express air
Consolidated or express air shipment from Lahore to your regional DC. Transit times are days, not weeks, and the per-kilo cost is higher than ocean freight.
Use when: Best for sample runs, pre-launch stock and time-critical re-orders.
- Sea Freight
Ocean consolidation
Full or LCL container via Karachi or Port Qasim to your destination port. Transit times vary by route; the cargo is consolidated, palletised and sealed at the factory before the container leaves.
Use when: Best for bulk programmes where lead time is acceptable and freight cost per unit must stay low.
- Courier
Door-to-door express
DHL, FedEx or UPS door-to-door from Lahore to your receiving address. Individual cartons tracked end to end with customs clearance handled by the carrier.
Use when: Best for small first orders, prototypes and direct-to-consumer brands shipping to customers.
