Production Floor
24 balanced sewing lines, in-line QC at every station
The Campus
Twenty-four balanced production lines, 460+ machines and more than 1,200 trained staff, organised into cutting, sewing, knitting, embellishment, finishing, inspection, packing and despatch departments on a single site. Nothing is subcontracted out of sight — the same floor that samples your style produces your bulk, and you can watch it happen in person or on a guided 360° walkthrough.

Tour units
Each department sits on the same campus, so one visit covers the entire production path from incoming fabric inspection to a sealed container. Aisles are marked and kept clear, machines are serviced on a preventive schedule, and every station has documented work instructions, guarding, PPE and fire access — which is why we are comfortable letting buyers and auditors walk the floor unannounced.
